With over 30 years of experience in the customer service field, she has honed her skills in actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions.

 

In Annette’s leisure time, she enjoys time with her family and friends, as well as traveling to see one of her sons and grandson who live in Alaska.
